Pre-registration for the R.I. Youth Center School Year Program will remain open until spaces are filled. Parents/guardians who have children registered in the summer program must submit a new school year pre-registration form for their child. Once the applications have been thoroughly reviewed, a tentative acceptance email will be sent out to the families who have pre-registered and meet the necessary requirements for the school year school program.

Please note that after you've received an email confirming your child's tentative acceptance into the program, parents/guardians will be required to complete 3 action items to secure your child's spot in our school year program. Below are the 3 action items that MUST be completed in chronological order after you've received your tentative acceptance email:

1. Submit a valid Medical Form that will be provided by the Youth Center
2. Submit a Mandatory Consent Form that will be provided by the Youth Center
3. Parent/guardian attend one of the mandatory virtual school year program orientations

Once these mandatory steps have been completed, we will provide you with more information as we approach the school year program start date. If there are any issues/missing information on submitted forms, we will contact you directly. Please note that all fields must be completed, electronically signed and submitted for EACH child attending for the school year.
