Group Fitness Classes

Purchasing Classes

Via Gymmaster

  • If purchasing a 10 pack, select the Menu bar > Memberships > Click the "+" sign on the bottom right. Select and complete purchase of your 10 pack.
  • If purchasing a single class, please select which class you'd like to enroll in on the "Schedule" tab and complete the sign-up and payment process from there.

Via Front Desk

  • Our front desk associates can also help you process the purchase of a single or 10 pack in person.
  • All non-members will only have the option to purchase classes in person at the front desk.

Enrolling in Class

Via Gymmaster

  1. 1Click to top right Menu bar and select "Schedule"
  2. 2Sort through the class you'd like to join.
  3. 3Click "Book."
  4. 4If you do not already have purchased classes in your inventory, the next step will prompt you to make payment for the single class.

Via Front Desk

  • Our front desk associates will be happy to enroll you 24 hours prior to class start time in person.
  • All non-members will only have the option to enroll in classes in person at the front desk.
  • We do not enroll any participants via phone.

Group Fitness Policies

To ensure our classes run as smooth as possible, we will strictly be enforcing the following policies:

  • 1Max Capacity 20 participants per class.
  • 2Must be 13 years of age or older to attend class.
  • 3You can enroll in any class 24 hours prior to the class start time up until the exact start time of class. There will be no exceptions to enroll in a class after the start time.
  • 4You can check into a class 10 minutes prior to start time up until 5 minutes after the class start time. At 5 minutes past class start time, doors will be closed, and no new entrants will be allowed.
  • 5Class cancellations may be done in the Gymmaster app up to 10 minutes prior to class start time. An automatic credit to your account will be processed for the class purchase cost, which can be used for future classes or membership billing. NO CREDITS will be given to no shows or cancellations outside of the 10-minute start time.
  • 6If class is fully booked, you may come in person prior to the class start time to be added to our in-person waitlist. At class start time if there are spots available you will be let in. Maximum 5 people can be on our in-person waitlist.

Power Yoga

Dynamic and fast-paced style of yoga that blends strength, flexibility, and cardio through a series of flowing postures. Designed to build heat and endurance, it offers a full-body workout while promoting mental focus and resilience.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a fluid, movement-based style that links breath with a continuous flow of poses. It emphasizes smooth transitions and mindfulness, creating a meditative and invigorating practice.

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt is a high-energy workout that blends heart-pumping cardio with strength training to sculpt and tone your entire body. Expect dynamic intervals and a full-body burn that leaves you feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished.

Dance Cardio

Using upbeat dance movements and choreographed sequences all set to different types of music, dance cardio is an effective aerobic workout, building your endurance in a fun and encouraging way.

Floor Barre

With all movements done on the floor, this class will help correct and refine body alignment, strengthen joints, and address proper muscular function.

HIIT

Standing for High Intensity Interval Training, this class delivers intervals of intense cardio and strength exercises paired with active recovery.

LIIT

Standing for Low Intensity Interval Training, this class focuses on less cardio and more strength. This format aims to keep your heart rate at a steady state with an emphasis on upper body exercises.

Zumba

High intensity dance style class focused on increasing cardiovascular endurance while mastering Latin dance skills.

Instructor:Evy Matos

Tai Chi

An amazing mind-body exercise where you'll practice a series of slow, gentle movements, controlled breathing, and a meditative state of mind. This class is great for reducing stress and boosting mood.

Total Body Conditioning

High-energy group fitness class designed to improve overall strength, endurance, and flexibility through a combination of cardio, resistance training, and core work. Suitable for all fitness levels.
