Fields
The following rules apply to Firefighter's, Pony, Capobianco and McManus fields on Roosevelt Island. Please make sure that you thoroughly read and review all rules prior to your use of a field.
We ask that all patrons be courteous and respectful to others and keep the parks clean. All dogs must be leashed, licensed and vaccinated.
All fields close at 10pm unless permitted.
Field Rules Prohibit
- No metal cleats or spikes - McManus Field
- Personal Grills
- Batting practice on ANY fence
- Obstructing the entrances to the field
- Unleashed dogs
- Amplified sounds, except by permit
- Performances or rallies, except by permit
- Use of alcohol or illegal drugs
- Littering or dumping of debris
- Fireworks
- Golfing and chipping
- Defacing, breaking, removing, defiling or ill-use of any area within the field
- Rummaging through trash receptacles
- Engaging in commercial activity, except by permit
