Brightly Service Portal

Brightly is RIOC's centralized ticketing system used to submit, track, and manage service requests and issues.

Using Brightly helps ensure requests are properly documented, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate staff, allowing for faster response times and better visibility into request status.

How to Open a Ticket in Brightly

    Log in to the Brightly portal using your credentials or create new credentials.

  2. 2

    Select Create Request (or Submit a Ticket).

  3. 3

    Choose the appropriate request category.

  4. 4

    Enter a clear description of the issue or request, including any relevant details.

  5. 5

    Attach pictures or files if applicable.

  6. 6

    Submit the ticket.

Once submitted, you will receive updates through Brightly as your request is reviewed and addressed by RIOC.
